I'm the guarantor for my daughter's lease that ended a month ago. Very disappointing experience. The 2020-2021 lease only ran for fifty weeks but they charged for 52. Oddly enough, the rental office people can't find a copy of that lease. And when I ask about getting a copy of that lease to understand the discrepancy, they answer with deliberate misdirection. I regret that she signed this without reviewing it with me.
It has now been over thirty days since the end of the lease and I am without... a security deposit refund. Per Utah state law, security deposits must be refunded within thirty days.
I have emailed several times requesting either an email or phone call in response to this matter. I have also called several times over several days. No person answers the phones. I've left several voicemails and still, no response..

My daughter stayed here. Overpriced, never fixed things correctly, always something broken/leaking, and they go through your mail/steal your packages.
