Ultimately seeking amicable, sensible persons with maturity and the ability to coexist with housemate (basement tenant). Financial responsibility and stability are absolutely required. Your lifestyle is not an issue as long as you are tidy, honest, law abiding and collaborative. Your guests are accepted, however, no loud parties, but tasteful gatherings are surely welcomed. All other personal conduct should be generally considerate and not intentionally disruptive to the other tenant(s) or neighbors.
