No Application Fee. If you're application & information meets the criteria, $35 is needed to cover the credit/background/identity check.

Rent is due by the 1st of every month, and late by the 2nd with a late fee of $150 to be added to following months rent. Terms are 1 year lease, renewals are in 1 year increments Only.

First month's rent can be prorated from move in time. Deposit to be paid upon lease signing to hold the property, Must pay first months rent in person prior to move-in/receiving keys.

Utilities are to be split between all occupants of the entire premise(currently includes 1 basement tenant). Utilities are usually $70-$120/ea monthly (est. 3 total occupants - hottest and coldest months are the most expensive due to Gas for Heating and Electricity for Cooling). Utilities are paid by land lord and totals are emailed at the end of the month to be added to the upcoming months rent payment:

Washer / Dryer units are available just feet from the living room and bedroom! Large fenced yard for well behaved dogs. 2 Available Parking spots: 1 on street & 1 in driveway. Ultimately seeking amicable, sensible persons with maturity and the ability to coexist with housemate (basement tenant). Financial responsibility and stability are absolutely required. Your lifestyle is not an issue as long as you are tidy, honest, law abiding and collaborative. Your guests are accepted, however, no loud parties, but tasteful gatherings are surely welcomed. All other personal conduct should be generally considerate and not intentionally disruptive to the other tenant(s) or neighbors.
